How do I reset my password?
If you’d like to reset your password, visit profile > account > password > reset. We’ll send you a verified reset link by email.
How can I update my phone number?
If you’d like to change your phone number, visit profile > account > change phone number.
How can I update my address?
If you’d like to change or add a new delivery address go to profile > account > edit/change address. Make sure your address is accurate before placing your order!
How can I update my credit card?
If you’d like to update or add a payment option, visit profile > account > update credit/debit.
How do I view my history?
To view your order history, visit profile > orders > recent.
How do I view my settings?
Click your profile link at the top right hand corner of the page to access settings.
How do I delete my account?
Click your profile link at the top right hand corner of the page, then click account > delete account.

Can I modify an item?
Items can be modified by clicking into the item and clicking on the modifier checkboxes. The kitchen will do their best to accommodate your request!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify an order that has already been placed, call or email us at least 30 minutes before your delivery window so we can coordinate with our kitchen. Please note that significant changes may cause delivery delays but we will do our best to accommodate.
Can I tip in cash?
Of course! Tipping is not required, but it is appreciated. You may adjust the tip amount during the payment process or tip in cash on delivery.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. If you want to change or add a delivery address go to settings > accounts > edit address. Please note: You may not update the address once your order is out for delivery.
